  • 2.5 x 12mm (½”)  Birch Plywood sheets required 
  • 4 x 18mm (¾”)  Birch Plywood or HPL Ply required
  • Basic hand tools such as drill and driver for assembling
  • Jig saw and circular saw required if manual cutting

Additional Information:
  • All plans are in English and the units are in mm (metric)
  • Drawer runner extension = 1500mm (60”)
  • Plywood sheet size = 1220mm x 2440mm (4ft x 8ft)
  • CAD model is in STEP. format however I can export most required formats upon request

Vehicle Compatibility
This design has been developed around the Toyota Tacoma with a 6 ft bed. The overall dimensions are also suitable for many other midsize pickup trucks with similar bed sizes.

As bed dimensions can vary between manufacturers and model years, it is recommended that you carefully compare the dimensions provided in these plans with your vehicle before purchasing materials or beginning construction. Minor modifications may be required to achieve the best fit in vehicles other than the Toyota Tacoma.

These plans are best suited for intermediate builders or those with some prior DIY, trade, or construction experience. They’re detailed and thoughtfully laid out, but they do assume a basic understanding of tools, materials, and build processes.

If you're just starting out, you're still welcome to purchase — just know that you may need to do a bit of extra research or enlist help from someone with experience.

All plans are in millimetres (mm). Some plans have also been converted into inches too. The units of measurement a plan comes are stated on each plan. Get in touch if there's a plan you're after not in your preferred units.
