Refund Policy

All Cam Made products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase.

Because our products are digital files, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a download has been accessed. However, we do accept refund requests in the following circumstances:

• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened
• The files delivered are not as described on the product page
• A technical error prevented delivery of the files

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at the email address on our Contact page and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases after the files have been downloaded, or incompatibility with software not listed in the product description.
